Practice and Training Session Breakdown

This is currently out main practice session. It starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm. Individual practice blocks are as follows:

• 6:00 - 6:30 pm Warmups/Stretching + Conditioning/Footwork
• 6:30 - 7:00 pm Fencing Drills and Weapon Training (Weapon Specific)
• 7:00 - 7:30 pm Sparing and Open Fencing
• 7:30 - until end Extra Work (Strategy/Tactics/Advanced Techniques and Footwork, Weapon Inclusive)

This is our combined open fencing and additional practice session. It starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm. Session blocks are as follows:

• 6:00 - 7:00 pm Advanced Footwork and Advanced Fencing Concept (with Coach Igor O.)
• 6:00 - 8:00 pm Open Fencing for all full time club members

This is our main Open Fencing session. It starts at 12 pm and ends at 2pm every Saturday. This can be attended by all full time and coach approved club members. We fence electric only, and it is a good time to work on putting all those skills to test as well as learn and practice refereeing.

Please make sure that you've attended a class regarding usage of, and fencing with electric gear.
